Over the years I’ve offered multiple sessions, trainings, events, workshops, sacred journeys and more.   • Chaga

    instead of coffee, I enjoy drinking an energy & immune booster drink most mornings made with chaga, a superfood powder.   • Hemp Seeds

    I absolutely love making my own vegan milk, and hemp milk is my favorite because its so easy to make, blend with water and voila! no straining sifting etc. I combine 8 oz of water with 2 tbsp of hemp seeds in vitamix or very good blender, mix for a couple minutes. I then add 1 tbsp of chaga for ‘chaga late’ and a bit of coconut water for sweetening, (see next product). Can be served cold or warmed lightly on stove top.   • Coconut Water

    omygoodness sooo yummy when you add a little coconut water to your chaga / hemp seeds drink. Blend as mentioned in hemp seeds section, then add about 1/4 cup coconut water…yummmm! I’ve tried all the various different coconut water brands, and by far this is my favorite one! follow link below for detail and review on coconut water

  • Nutritional Yeast

    As I don’t eat dairy and refrain from gluten as much as possible, I’m always searching for good nutrition that also has flavor! Bragg Nutritional Yeast Seasoning is honestly the best for flavoring that also has amazing nutritional value. It is Vegan, Gluten Free, is a Good Source of Protein & Vitamins, and to top it off has they yummiest Savory Parmesan Cheese flavor to it :)
