Sacred Journeys and Retreats
Day 4

Thursday October 7th, seven sacred pools of O'hoe Gulch

We begin our day with our yoga session, supporting us in continuing to awaken the flow and grace of the feminine spirit within, balancing
and enriching the masculine.  Integrating mind, body, breath and nature, we steep in the flow of movement guided by our yoga instructor.
After our locally grown organic breakfast we will venture off to the seven sacred pools of O'hoe Gulch.  We will enjoy a journey into the pools
exploring the feminine aspect of water and its healing and restorative qualities.  We will also spend some time exploring the history and
myths of Hawaii, in which the islands are rich.  We will discover the Goddess in all the richness of the island as she opens us deeper to
discover our true nature and true Source.

The feminine face of our Higher Source has been buried for thousands of years and many of us, men and women, can often experience an
aversion to the concept of the Goddess.  In many ways it has assumed a certain image and can often appear to be exclusive to women.
We will explore the Goddess in her rightful state as an aspect of all of life, from which all of life emerges -- and find ways in which this
concept enriches us individually and collectively, as both men and women.  As we explore the feminine we, uncover the divine aspect of our
masculine nature and the ways in which our feminine nature enriches and enlivens all aspect of the masculine -- the great dance of the
Shiva and the Shakti, within all of us.

Our evening will take us deeper into the wealth of Hawaiian culture exploring and experiencing the Hula dance and the accompaniment of
Ukulele guitar.  A rich evening of organic local foods followed by the Polynesian art and practice of Hula, discovering ways in which Hula is
beyond a beautiful dance to witness  --  a cultural art and a spiritual practice which relays history, customs, and ceremony. In 1874  King
Kalakaua stated, "Hula is the language of the heart and therefore the heartbeat of the Hawaiian people."
On beautiful sacred retreat grounds, located in majestic Hana, Maui.
Twelve secluded acres of gently sloping land with views of the Pacific
Ocean and the peaks of Haleakala.

Join us for a fun and revitalizing week in Hawaii -- A Journey designed to
nourish and revitalize your mind, body and soul -- enriching and
empowering you in these transformational times.

Combining the ancient art and practice of Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, and the
exploration of Hawaii's culture, art and rich landscape - ventures to Hamoa
Beach, the seven sacred pools of O'hoe Gulch, Bamboo Forrest of
Haleakala National Park and Laulima Farms.

Day 1

Arriving Monday October 4th at Kahului Airport enjoying your drive on the famous road to Hana

Shuttle Van will pick up participants at Kahului Airport  between the hours of 12pm and 2pm.  We will leave the airport at 2pm for a leisurely
drive to the retreat center along the famous road to Hana.

Once at the retreat center you will be given an opportunity to check in, get settled in your room, and begin to relax and unwind on the lush
retreat grounds.  The evening will consist of dinner with local organic foods and group  orientation -- time to meet each other, connect with
the land and set the tone for our retreat.  We will close our first day with a Reiki group healing and time for Reiki practitioners who want to
share swaps
Day 2

Tuesday October 5th Hamoa  Beach and and Laulima Farms

We will begin the day immersing ourselves in the  riches of Hawaii supporting us in moving out of our dominant masculine
culture and lives into a more balanced state of being -- enriching our feminine energy as both men and women.  What a  better
way to do that then through the practice of  yoga surrounded by the beauty of Maui's landscape.  Erin Lindbergh, C.Y.T., local
yoga instructor of Inner Landscape Yoga - a fluid sequence that cultivates balance, flexibility, and awareness. Erin  will lead us
in a sequence of movements that support us in dropping deeper into a state of rest and ease, moving into presence and joy.
Enjoy breakfast with local organic fruits and foods and set off to famous Hamoa beach for a late morning/early afternoon swim
and/or lounge along the beach (packed lunch provided).

We will then travel further up the road of Hana enjoying the vistas and waterfalls with local vendors who share their native arts,
crafts and jewelry, connecting with the land and its rich culture.  We will visit Laulima Farms, a fun organic farm whose entire
operation is run through natural sustainable systems, honoring Mother Earth with innovative ways to live.  Enjoy wonderful
treats and have fun creating your own smoothly riding the bike generated blender.

Dinner will be served at the Retreat Center after which we will enjoy another evening of Reiki group healing, shared swaps and
a group meditation to seal our day.
Day 3

Wednesday October 6th Bamboo Forrest of Haleakala National Park

An early start after enjoying our nourishing organic breakfast we head out to Maui's rich bamboo forest.

About 2 miles through the park,  you will be led through a sacred journey to the bamboo forest that ends at a breathtaking
400 foot waterfall.  Nature's elements are always teaching us, most of us live in a city, and life is at a constant go.  We have
little opportunity to steep in nature and discover its many mysteries and teachings.  Eleonore will guide us through a journey
that will allow us to discard what blocks us for our natural ability to commune with and communicate with the devas, nature
spirits and light beings that inhabit all of nature.  Receive guidance for your particular path and journey, clear blocks to your
essence, and receive the gifts of Nature.  Once at our destination we will continue deepening in the richness of the divine
feminine, nourishing in stillness soaking in rich chi at the top of the trail.  Reiki swaps will be enjoyed for those that feel
inspired.
We will enjoy our lunch and then head back down for an afternoon at Hamoa Beach. We will return to our retreat center for
dinner, group shares, Reiki and evening meditation.
Day 5

Friday October 8th, integrating and culminating weeks journey

Enjoy a leisurely morning on the retreat grounds integrating the weeks adventures.  We will gather for a closing circle after breakfast giving ourselves an opportunity to anchor and
complete our journey -- group sharings that highlight the weeks events along with personal experiences in which the divine feminine and masculine within you have been revealed
and enriched. We will explore ways in which we can bring back our renewed spirit into our every day life, supporting us in anchoring our journey within and allowing it to enrich all
areas of our lives.

Our day ends with a celebration and gratitude ceremony followed by a delicious lunch of local organic foods.

The retreat completes at 1pm.  Shuttle van will take individuals to the airport arriving appx 3:00-3:30pm.  Enjoy the many vistas on your journey back to the airport.
