Meditation Coaching To support you in your meditation practice, one on one sessions with Eleonore are available. Sessions are focused on developing a meditation practice that suits you and enables you to be successful in implementing a consistent practice. Sessions cover any of the following: posture, breathing, active meditation, and visualization. Varying styles of meditation are explored for you to discover the style that best suits you.
